The Early Career Advancement Program – Our Early Career Pathway

The Early Career Advancement Program helps Physical Therapists who are early in their careers build a solid clinical foundation, focused on delivering a best-in-class patient experience. Team members have the opportunity to progress quickly through this 4-stage career path program – with the opportunity to earn a promotion and raise within their first 6 months of employment!

Team members have quarterly check-ins with their managers to review their progress, feedback, and discuss how their managers can best support them. Most importantly, these quarterly conversations help frame out each team members’ career objectives, ensuring that they are on a successful pathway that is aligned with their goals.

The Advanced Career Program – Our Experienced Career Pathway

We understand that a fulfilling career means having the opportunity to continue advancing and growing, beyond your initial years as a Physical Therapist. That’s why we developed the Advanced Career Program.

Once team members have progressed to Senior Physical Therapist, they enter the Advanced Career Program, which is our career pathway focused on our more experienced clinicians. At this point, team members can begin to explore their passion, by choosing a track – either the Managerial Pathway or the Clinical Specialty Pathway.

Management Career Pathways

The Managerial Pathway at Bay State Physical Therapy

The Managerial Pathway involves taking on more clinic leadership responsibility as you progress – as a Senior PT, Lead PT, and then Clinic Manager. Once you have established yourself as a leader both clinically and operationally, you may have the opportunity to become a Managing Partner. As a Managing Partner, you are a part-owner of the clinics you oversee. At Bay State Physical Therapy, we have over two dozen MPs who are the entrepreneurial engine who fuel our success. The Clinical Specialty Pathway at Bay State Physical Therapy

Physical Therapists who choose the Clinical Specialty Pathway are focused on achieving clinical excellence by advancing their knowledge through continuing education, coursework, and labs.
